To open an account on ridejetson.com, follow these steps:

Visit the Product Registration page on the website.
Fill in the Product Information section with the Product Serial Number and Date of Purchase.
Complete the Contact Information section with First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Street Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
Click on the Register your Jetson product here button to complete the process.

Please note that registering a product will activate the warranty and provide personalized product support. The unique serial number, usually 17 digits, is stickered or stamped onto the product itself.

Jetson Return Policy?

The return policy for ridejetson.com is as follows:

Any unused new or refurbished product purchased on the Website can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (to original method of payment) minus any shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to Jetson directly except in cases of Warranty Claims.
If products are damaged during transit, refuse delivery, and have the driver note refusal reason as "damaged". Shipping related damages must be reported to the freight company and to Jetson within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts will be charged a $35 reshipping fee. Refused packages (except items damaged during transit) will be charged a 20% re-stock fee.
